Has anyone else heard about the rise of piracy lately? Or, maybe I should say the resurfacing of piracy. Streaming platforms are getting a little insane in terms of pricing and, honestly, they’re paying most small artists pennies per month (if they’re lucky).

Let’s be clear – No one knows who I am. 😆 I’m not about to make money off Spotify. So, why not just give it away for free?

I can’t guarantee I will always give everything away for free forever but I want to do it now. I am fortunate enough to have some time to make some beautiful things and I want to share those beautiful things with the world. And I don’t want to gatekeep it behind service charges.

Are there still some free places to listen to music? Yep. There’s a free version of Spotify and iHeartRadio is free and then there’s the REAL radio (very hard to get featured on, though). But what are the chances you’re finding me there right now anyway? Pretty low. In fact, iHeartRadio won’t even let you search for small artists.
