Emma’s Eclairs has been known for its delicious delicacies for generations and has stood as a staple at Sunday brunches across Echo Beach for decades. Now, for their incredible 100th anniversary, Emma’s Eclairs is hosting a “Spring Fling Baking Contest.”
With $1 for every year of business, the lucky winner will walk away with a gift card for Emma’s Eclairs worth $100! That’s a lot of cupcakes 🧁
AND, to make things even better, a group of local businesses has gotten together to create a gift basket stuffed with over $500 of locally sourced and handmade items 😮
So… are you good at baking? Do muffin liners and piping bags call your name as you walk through the kitchen?
It’s time to whip out your secret family recipes, your best aprons, your sprinkliest sprinkles and your frostiest frostings.
How do you bring home the big prize?
Bring a small batch of your best cupcakes down to Emma’s Eclairs at 12 o’clock noon on Saturday March 14. Our panel of expert judges will vote on their favourites and announce the winner at 3pm 🥳
(Yes there are runner up prizes!)
